Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information the Crunchos and Crunchos Rider mobile apps and website (together, the “Service”) collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. The Service is operated by B2I (“we”, “us”), Fatehpur, Uttar Pradesh, India.

1. Information we collect

• Account details — your name, mobile number, and email address, used to create and manage your account.
• Phone number for login — we send a one-time password (OTP) by SMS to verify your number.
• Delivery location and address — for the customer app, your precise device location (with your permission) and the delivery address you enter, used to show stores that deliver to you and to deliver your orders.
• Order information — the items you order, order history, and delivery status.
• Payment information — when you pay online, your payment is processed by our payment provider (Razorpay). Card/UPI details are entered directly into the provider’s secure checkout; we do not store your full card or UPI credentials.
• Device information — a push-notification token (via Firebase Cloud Messaging) so we can send you order updates.

The Crunchos Rider app collects a rider’s name, mobile number, email, and push token, and shows the delivery details needed to complete assigned orders.

2. How we use your information

• To create your account and log you in securely.
• To show nearby stores, take and deliver your orders, and process payments.
• To send order and delivery notifications.
• To provide customer support and prevent fraud or abuse.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

3. Sharing with service providers

We share the minimum information needed with trusted providers that process it on our behalf:

• Razorpay — to process online payments.
• SMS provider (Fast2SMS) — to deliver your login OTP.
• Google Firebase — to deliver push notifications.
• Delivery riders — receive the delivery address and contact details needed to complete your order.

These providers may only use the information to perform their service for us.

4. Data security

All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. Sensitive fields are encrypted at rest, and access is restricted. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

5. Data retention

We keep your account and order information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. You can ask us to delete your account at any time (see below).

6. Your rights and choices

• Access and correction — you can view and update your name, email, and mobile number in the app’s profile.
• Location permission — you can allow or deny location access, and set your delivery spot manually on the map instead.
• Account deletion — to delete your account and associated personal data, email us at the address below. We will process your request within 30 days.

7. Children

The Service is intended for users aged 18 and over and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
